Questions

Will this actually tell me what to do?

Yes. On Command you get a monthly CFO memo, written once your books for the month are closed. It tells you what changed, what to watch, and the two or three moves a CFO would make next. On Advisory a CFO also goes through it with you on quarterly strategy calls.

Can CFO Command change anything in my QuickBooks?

No. It connects through Intuit with read-only access. It cannot create, edit or delete anything in your QuickBooks.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Pulse is free: connect your QuickBooks and see your Command Score, your bank balance, months of cash left and the week you'd go below zero, and what you're owed, with a plain-English explanation of every number.

When do I pay the Advisory build fee?

Not at checkout. Starting Advisory charges nothing that day, and your $449/mo plan (or $4,490/yr paid yearly) begins after a 30-day free trial. Every Advisory engagement starts with a discovery meeting. After it, we ask for access to your books and send the one-time $1,995 CFO build fee invoice, then build your dashboard. The build fee is non-refundable.

What happens if I stop?

Disconnect in Settings and access is revoked immediately. Ask us and we'll delete what was already pulled.

CFO Command reports and explains your own accounting data; it does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. Every Advisory engagement starts with a discovery meeting to scope your dashboard and priorities. After it, we ask for access to your books, send the build fee invoice, then build your dashboard.
